Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate brownies, what can I say, these are to die for. Rich indulgent and decadent, designed for those who are true chocoholics at heart. They should be sticky and gooey, therefore it is important not to over-bake them.

Preheat oven to 160 C

Melt chocolate and butter together (I use microwave for convenience or melt them in a bowl over pan of simmering water). Beat the eggs and add all remaining ingredients to chocolate butter mixture mixing all well with spatula until smooth.  Line a baking tin (20cm) with baking parchment and spread the chocolate mix. Bake for 25/30 min.  Let it cool before you cut or if you cant wait take a spoon and dig in 🙂
